FAMILY OF FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH
(2 Timothy 3:16), (Revelation 22:18-19)
We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the complete, inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.
(Matthew 28:19), (1 John 5:7)
We believe in the Trinity; God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
(Romans 3:23), (1 John 1:8)
We believe in the sinfulness of every man.
(Isaiah 59:2)
We believe sin separates man from God.
(Romans 3:21-26)
We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, as a substitutionary sacrifice and that all who trust in His atoning death are justified on the ground of His shed blood.
(John 1:12-13)
We believe that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ as their own personal Savior are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.
(Acts 8:36-39)
We believe that immersion is the principle mode of baptism and that only believers are qualified for the ordinance.
(Ephesians 2:8-9)
We believe that salvation is by grace alone, apart from works.
(Luke 1:35), (Acts 4:10), (Romans 8:34)
We believe in the Virgin birth and bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ and that He ascended to heaven where he sits at the right hand of God the Father and intercedes for the saints.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the saved and unsaved, everlasting life with the Lord for those who are saved, and the everlasting punishment for those not saved.
We believe in the “blessed hope”, the personal, pre-millennial and imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and in the total “catching away”, rapture of the Church.
(1 Peter 1:5)
We believe we are protected by the power of God.
(Matthew 28:19-20), (Acts 1:8), (John 4:28-38)
We believe in the “Great Commission”, which is the divine obligation of every New Testament Christian. The field is the world, and every city is a mission field.
(Matthew 16:18), (Acts 2:41-47)
We believe that the church has a two-fold aspect, universal and local. The universal Church is made up of all true born-again believers, living dead, who will meet in heaven. The local Church is an assembly of born-again believers who meet in a local place to carry out the instruction of God’s word.
